Growth

Growth means strengthening our existing markets while remaining alert to the next client, service, geography, partnership, or opportunity that can move Summit forward. Summit treats growth as a shared enterprise responsibility supported by strategy, business development, marketing, communications, proposals, client experience, technology, data, and subsidiary leadership. During the reporting period, this coordinated effort included proposal activity, a substantial project backlog, expanded client and partner use of the Raleigh headquarters, and continued investment in the early career talent pipeline.

Proposal Activity

Summit submitted 128 proposals between August 31, 2025 and August 31, 2026. This total includes qualifications based selections where Summit participated as either the prime consultant or a subconsultant. The reported win percentage for the same period was 30 percent.

The attached proposal analytics workbook contains 129 proposal records plus the header row. The report retains the provided summary total of 128 and flags this difference for final data confirmation before publication.
